PM4S
Plantations Management, Monitoring, Maintenance and Marketing System
Our unique PM4S, or Plantation Management through Monitoring, Maintenance and Marketing was developed to bring technology to plantation owners and managers to allow them to exploit the full potential of the plantation and work towards achieving optimum yield.
PRIMA has developed and owns the proprietary rights to its Plantation Management System, known as PM4S. A key feature of this system is the Client Viewing Module (CVM), which enables plantation owners and operators to monitor the health of their crops and trees, providing detailed growth data. This is particularly useful for cases where the crops or trees belong to third-party clients.

PRIMA offers management services based on the PM4S/CVM platform to external plantation owners and operators. As part of the service, PRIMA introduces the PM4S/CVM technology to the plantation, installs the platform, trains the plantation staff, and provides ongoing maintenance and support.
Available on
The service contract is structured with an annual fee, split into two payments: 50% up front (covering installation and training costs), with the remaining balance due after six months. Subsequent annual fees will be calculated and agreed upon by PRIMA and the plantation owner, payable on a quarterly basis.

PM4S offers tools for efficient plantation management, helping streamline operations, allocate resources, and oversee daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the plantation.
Monitoring
With advanced monitoring features, PM4S provides real-time insights into crop health, growth stages, and environmental conditions, allowing for timely interventions and better crop management.
Maintenance
The system tracks maintenance schedules and plantation needs, ensuring equipment, infrastructure, and crops are kept in optimal condition, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
Marketing
PM4S includes marketing tools that help plantation owners market their produce more effectively, connecting them with buyers and optimizing sales strategies to maximize profitability.
